Full-Service Peoria Roofing Company
We're full-service residential roofers, which means we offer everything from shingle damage repair to full roof replacements. Here is a list of our main roofing services and other exterior improvements:
Roof Replacement (most popular). You may need a new roof if time and weather have scoured the granules off your shingles, discolored your shingles, or damaged enough of your roof that it's easier just to get a whole new roof. (Read more about our roof replacements.)
Roof Repair. If most of your shingles are in good shape and your roof deck is solid, then you probably only need roof repairs (and not a replacement). We can repair anything needed to make your roof whole again. (Read more about our roof repair services.)
New Construction Roof Installation. We install roofs on new buildings - homes and businesses - using any of a variety of roofing materials. (Learn more about our new construction roofing services.)
Home Addition Roof Installation. The team at Landmark Roofing has handled many home additions here in the Peoria area. Our work is watertight and will look as though it’s always been part of your house. (Learn more about the roofs we install on additions.)
Shed Roofs & Gazebo Roofs: Replacement, Installation & Repair. A solid roof on your shed or gazebo may be what you need to use your structure more, enjoy it more, and enjoy how it makes your property look. (Find out more about shed and gazebo roofs.)
Guest House Roof Replacement and Repair. The roof needs to keep the water off guests’ heads and out of the wall cavities and the living space, so you don’t have to pay for costly remediation or repairs. (Find out more about guest house roofs.)
Roof Inspection. You may want a roof inspection if you're considering a roof replacement, major upgrades or repairs, or a renovation. You may also want one before buying or selling a home because most home inspectors aren't roofing specialists. (Read more about our roof inspections.)
Storm Damage Roof Inspection. Our team is highly trained to locate any storm-related damage to your property, ensuring proper documentation necessary for filing an insurance claim. We will walk you through the entire process.
Emergency Tarping. If a fallen tree or limb has knocked a hole in your house, or if a renovation project has gone sideways, then you may need emergency tarping to keep the elements out while a permanent solution is in the works.
Roof Leak Repair. Roof leaks can be caused by inadequate flashing, holes or cracks in your roof deck, poorly installed ridge vents or other venting, and ice dams. We can stop the leaking and fix the underlying issues.
Ice Dam Repair. If ice dams or the removal of ice dams have caused you to lose shingles or caused water damage to your roof deck, consider our ice dam roof repair service.
Gutter Replacement. You may want gutter replacement if your original gutters are too damaged to repair, or if you want to upgrade or reconfigure them.
Gutter Repair. You might need gutter repair if your gutters weren't installed properly in the first place, if they weren't cleaned and maintained enough, or if damaged by a storm.
Storm Damage Roof Repair. Trees, limbs, hail, ice dams, extreme snow, or extreme wind can chew up a few shingles or your entire roof. We can repair or replace whatever you need.
Roof Shingle Replacement. If your shingles are too old or worn-out to keep, you don't necessarily need a new roof, because your roof deck may be fine. That's why we offer full-roof and partial shingle replacements.
Flat Roofs. Most often used on commercial buildings, flat roofs often are large and require extra engineering to withstand the stress of rainfall and snow.
Chimney Flashing Repair. Old or damaged flashing or sealant can let water into your attic or under your shingles. Inadequate flashing can also damage your chimney enough that you need to repoint it. We repair chimney flashing.
Damaged Shingle Repair. The damage may not be extensive, but even a couple of damaged shingles can let the elements in and become an eyesore. We can replace damaged shingles with shingles that fit right and look right with the rest of your roof.
Shingle Repair. Anything from wind to improper lapping, to improper nailing, can cause you to lose shingles. Reinstalling shingles with a tight fit and the right look can be tricky, but we make it look easy. (Read more about our shingle repair service.)
